Last Call for Papers for the 58TH ANNUAL UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH SYMPOSIUM Sponsored by The New York Chemistry Students’ Association of the American Chemical Society’s New York Section. The symposium provides an excellent opportunity for undergraduate chemistry students in the NY metropolitan area to present the results of their research. The program includes a keynote address by a Adelphi University graduate, Dr. Jack Kaye, of Associate Director for Research, Earth Science Division, NASA, speaking on ” Chemistry, Climate, and Satellites: How Chemistry Helps us Observe and Understand Earth’s Changing Climate”, presentation of student papers, followed by a luncheon. This year, we will include poster presentations as well as oral presentations. Date: Saturday, May 8th, 2010 Place: Adelphi University, Garden City, NY To: 1. For non-Student members, the registration is $30. Advanced registration for mentors is free.
