Maruzen International Co., Inc. is the company that provided molecular models for the NY Hall of Science outreach. They are looking for someone to promote the sales of their molecular models. The job description is as follows:1) Targeting contact customers for the promotion of products by specifying the target customers by use of several information resources as well as through suggestions from the advisory board and other supportive faculty, and by visiting, calling or mailing the customers.2) Strengthening customer relationships by keeping in touch with key customers, and by continuously trying to find better ways to attract customers. 3) Production of promotional materials in cooperation with colleagues and third party vendors.4) Analysis and planning promotion and sales strategy in cooperation with colleagues to find relevant information resources, by considering and planning adequate and effective details and scheduling of promotional activities.5) Customer service and support order procedures by answering queries from customers on the phone or e-mail, and by helping colleagues to process orders depending on volume.
