National Chemistry Week
Do you want to manufacture a beaker full of little smiles? Do you want to give something back to our future generatione name of science? Why not join the New York Section of the American Chemical Society (ACS) this year in its outreach to the public?

The event will take place on Saturday, Oct. 27, 2007 from 9:30-4:30 at the New York Hall of Science (www.nyhallsci.org). This is the third year that the NY Section is teaminh up with this newly refurbished, first class Science Center to organize Chemistry related demonstrations.

The theme for this year is “The Many Faces of Chemistry “

To participate in this year’s National Chemistry Week and receive volunteer hours, sign up at the first Draper meeting on Thursday 20th September, 2007, or email our secretary, Ryan, at rgh234@nyu.edu. The signup sheet can be downloaded here.
